For Macquarie Clients:

Macquarie does not allow us to have access to usernames or passwords and will not allow us to reset client passwords as such you will need to reset your password by following the links on their log in screen and will be a lot easier if you :
- Cash Management Accounts (CMA – Forgotten Password) – Forgotten Password Link
  - If you have forgotten your access code – please call Macquarie on 133 174
- Wrap (Super): Call 1800 025 063 for help with regaining access to your account
If you have find these options to be unhelpful -don’t panic – just call Helm and we will see what we can do to sort you out
